Rose & Ellis from Dunelm Mill

Dunelm Mill recently launched a new range of vintage inspired homeware called Rose & Ellis and they asked me if I'd like to review it.

Our kitchen has a red theme and so the Allexton collection fitted us perfectly. We chose the 12 piece dinner set, bunting, oven gloves and cake tin set, all of which came in at under £60. I did wonder if we actually needed any more china, but I'm so glad I went for it. It's much nicer in the flesh than in photos and compliments our existing white dinner set perfectly.

The oven gloves are beautiful, if a little thin (not sure I'd want to take a tray of bread out of the oven with them) and the bunting is a good length and very cute! However by far my favourite is the set of cake tins. They have a lovely high gloss finish which makes them look like they are far more expensive than the £5.99 they retail for (and that's for the pair) I think they'd be very well received as Christmas gifts and are particularly worth considering when it comes round to Secret Santa time (I know, but it's closer than you think!)

Overall I was very impressed. Rose & Ellis is bang on trend and with prices starting from £1.99 it's also very affordable. Lovers of shabby chic should also check out the Clarendon collection which is gorgeously girly, but sadly just wouldn't fit with our current decor...
